Composed of multiple parts for different results: A-Clear, A-Color, A-Color-Flex, B, B-Flex.

A variable ratio 1:2 thru 4:1 (a:b) yields:

Tensile Strength 1,468 to 6233 psi (soft to hard)
Hardness 60 to 90 shore hardness
Tear Strength 300 – 800 lbs/inch
Elongation 100% to 500%
full cure 12 – 24 hours

That Makes a Perfect Bedliner

For a bedliner to provide quality results, it must be able to provide protection from not only the weather, but from the abuse which you put your truck through. It also needs to look good while doing so. We have found that the quality and customizable features of Spray-Lining and Coatings truck bedliner exceeds your expectations every way.

National brand marketing is just that. There is no difference between Vaseline and generic petroleum jelly. In fact Pepsi or Coke are chemically equivalent. Preference depends upon emotions only; marketing or a state of mind, not “quality”.  There is a place in our taste buds for this branding. As for the lining on your truck bed, marketing, image or national familiarity has no relation to the quality of an applicator.  Poor applicators can use poor or great polyurea. Great applicators only use great polyurea. Case closed.  

Brands on the market today all are fair quality, with the exception of retail store-bought DIY spray on bedliners; “Fake Polyurea”. Spray Lining and Coatings are considered ASTM High Spec Top Quality Coating material. For most practical purposes any material that adheres to your truck bed should also:

  • Prevent Corrosion
  • Prevent Load Shifts
  • Last for over 20 years in “one solid piece”
  • Look good & rinse or clean off debris well

If the bedliner material is applied incorrectly it will fail. Correct preparation, primer and or adhesion promoter, spraying technique, taping off, temperature & humidity make the difference between a good bedliner and a “Bed Liner Rip Off”
